JSC "Fuel Refilling Complex Sheremetyevo"
The scope of work:
Supplying of fire fighting designed tanks РВС-10000 in automatic mode with the use of facilities, technological equipment, networks and systems comprising of fire extinguishers of the Base fuel and lubricant materials storage in the framework of technical re-equipment of Fuel Refilling Complex Sheremetyevo. Development of working documentation, supply and installation of equipment:
- fire fighting pumps;
- shut-off and control valves;
- control and monitoring cabinets;
- devices for monitoring and control of fire extinguishing systems and other process equipment;
- the automated workplace of the operator with the software;
- ventilation equipment;
- the equipment of the telephone system of the pumping station
Structure of fire extinguishing system:
- protection of РВС-10000 tanks by automatic foam fire extinguishing and cooling system;
- ensuring the functioning of the equipment of the automatic fire extinguishing system of the Base fuel and lubricant materials
- storage with the installation of the equipment of the pump station to perform fire extinguishing functions;
- provision of the pumping station with a telephony system;
- performance of the pump station ventilation system
The capabilities of the constructed system:
- formation of a control signal to start fire extinguishing РВС-10000 on the signal from the automatic fire alarm system of the object;
- start-up of automatic cooling and automatic fire extinguishing systems РВС-10000;
- system start-up water and foam fire fighting facilities of the territory of the Base fuel and lubricant materials storage signals;
- remote control located on site;
- monitoring of the status of the fire extinguishing system shut-off valves at the site;
- monitoring and management of fire extinguishing equipment;
- monitoring of fill fire tanks;
- monitoring and control equipment to ensure there was no possibility of flooding of the pumping station;
- information signals for data exchange with the facility equipment monitoring management system;
- installation of pumping station equipment by telephone system with connection to the facility system;
- supply of exhaust ventilation system of the pump station premises;
- provision of power supply for fire extinguishing equipment.
