Dosing Tanks with Elastic Membrane ETS-MXC

MXC tanks for long-term storage and dispensing of foam concentrate (dosing tanks) have been applied in the oil and gas sector (at the facilities of such companies as Gazprom, Transnefteprodukt, Surgutneftegaz, Lukoil, TNK, TNK-BP, Khantymansiyskneftegazgeologia), as well as in industrial production (Michelin, Pirelli, Renault (Avtoframos, plant in Moscow), AVTOVAZ (Togliatti), GAZ ( GAZ (Nizhny Novgorod), Fiat, Hyundai (Sakhalin island), General Motors (Saint-Petersburg).

Dosing tank is designed for a long-term storage, automatic dosing and proportional mixing of foam generator with water.

These dosing tanks EI-MXS are divided into two main groups:

• vertical (ETS-МХС);
• horizontal (ETS-МХС-Н).

By the method of storage dosing tanks ETS-MHS are divided as follows:

• ETS-МХС-Е — storage of foam generator inside the steel housing;
• ETS-МХС-Е — storage of foam generator inside the bladder tank;

By the amount of the stored foam generator dosing tanks ETS-MHS are available with capacity from 25 up to 12,000 litres. The tank is equipped with a foam mixer of type ETS-MXC-MIXER. One foam mixer may simultaneously be connected with two tanks, wherein the designation is added with 2x (ETS-MXS-2x).
